Planning & Service Design
Service standards, trip workflows, operating policies, and customer experience.
Reliable transportation built around dignity, communication, and community.
Guardian EMS is developing an ambulatory transportation service for people who need dependable transportation to and from healthcare and other qualifying destinations, but do not require wheelchair, stretcher, or medical assistance during the trip.
Access to transportation should not become another barrier between a person and the care they need. We are building this service around clear communication, dependable arrival standards, respectful service, and a professional experience from request through destination.
