why our team is the best

unlimited pto

We don’t believe in counting days — we believe in taking care of our people. Guardian EMS offers Unlimited PTO because we want our team to be happy, healthy, and here for the long haul.

Take time to rest, reset, travel, recharge, or make memories with your family — not just when you’re burned out, but so you don’t get there in the first place. This isn’t just a perk — it’s a promise.

Gym Membership Reimbursement

Our team members face demanding physical and mental challenges every day — and staying fit isn’t just personal, it’s professional. That’s why we’re proud to offer a Gym Membership Reimbursement Program as part of our commitment to employee well-being.

Holiday Bonuses & Recognition Awards

As part of our commitment to building a strong, motivated team, we proudly offer both Holiday Bonuses and Recognition Awards to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of our personnel.

Relocation Support

We understand that the best people aren’t always local — and we’re willing to help you get here. Guardian EMS offers relocation assistance to qualified full-time hires, because we’re not just building a staff — we’re building a team.

Private Benefits Assistance

While a full benefits package is in development, Guardian EMS offers a monthly stipend to help cover the cost of your private health, dental, or vision insurance.

We believe your health matters now, not just later. Until our group plan is live, we’ll help you stay covered by putting support directly in your paycheck.

Our Goal: The Best Gear, Every Shift

We’re building toward a future where every Guardian EMS team member has top-tier equipment, reliable vehicles, and professional-grade uniforms — and we’re not cutting corners along the way. While we’re still growing and making strategic purchases, our commitment is clear: you will have the tools, support, and appearance that reflect the standards we stand for.

We may not be there yet — but we’re getting there, fast.
