EMS Sprint is a revolutionary, rapid-response emergency medical service designed to support the 911 system by providing immediate on-scene care while reducing response times and call volumes. Our team of highly trained paramedics and advanced life support (ALS) units are dispatched directly to medical emergencies to provide quick stabilization and assessment, ensuring that patients receive immediate care while awaiting transport by traditional EMS units when necessary.

EMS Sprint is not here to replace ambulances, but to complement them. By responding to medical emergencies before an ambulance arrives, we can reduce the burden on second- and third-due units, freeing up resources for other calls and ensuring a faster overall response. We focus on providing stabilization care, vital sign monitoring, and initial treatment so that patients receive the appropriate care when they need it most — all while waiting for a full transport unit to arrive if required.

This model enhances the emergency response system by giving citizens faster access to medical attention, improving patient outcomes, and easing the pressure on EMS systems, especially during peak call volumes. Whether for non-life-threatening situations or more urgent care, EMS Sprint plays a crucial role in delivering fast, effective medical care and ensuring that emergency services can maintain the highest level of efficiency and readiness.

Tele-health assistance

Our Telehealth Assistance Program bridges the gap between virtual care and in-person medical support — delivering compassionate, professional field care right to the patient’s home.

When a provider initiates a telehealth visit and determines in-person assistance is needed, Guardian EMS dispatches an EMT or paramedic directly to the patient’s location. Our clinician assists with the virtual consult, performs a complete assessment, collects vital signs, evaluates the home for safety risks, and is equipped to escalate care under the provider’s direction if needed.

We offer both Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) options:

BLS Support includes vitals, non-invasive monitoring, and telehealth setup.

ALS Support includes cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, medication administration, and more — based on medical necessity.

This program strengthens continuity of care, reduces unnecessary 911 calls and ER visits, and allows providers to make better-informed clinical decisions — all while keeping patients safe and comfortable at home.

Patients will never receive a bill for our services.
All services are billed directly to the provider’s office through a transparent, monthly usage plan. This ensures care is accessible, stress-free, and focused entirely on the patient’s health — not their wallet.


Lift assistance

Guardian EMS provides lift assistance services to Police, Fire, EMS, and Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) companies. Our team is trained to support crews when extra hands are needed to safely lift or move patients.

This includes helping with bariatric patients, navigating stairs, repositioning individuals who have fallen, or assisting with getting patients in or out of ambulances and transport vehicles.

This service reduces strain on crews, helps prevent injury, and ensures patients are moved with care and dignity. Whether on a one-time basis or through ongoing agreements, we’re here to assist when manpower is limited or when the situation requires added support.


welfare check program

Our Welfare Check Program is a subscription-based service designed to provide peace of mind for families, caregivers, and healthcare providers by ensuring that individuals receive regular in-person wellness checks from trained professionals.

This program is offered through primary care providers, making it easy for patients to receive ongoing monitoring and support. We partner directly with primary care providers to deliver this service, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the health of patients who may be at risk of health deterioration.

How the Welfare Check Subscription Service Works:

1. Flexible Visit Frequency: We offer flexible visit options that can be tailored to the needs of the patient. Visits can be scheduled daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — based on the patient’s health and the provider’s recommendations. The goal is to ensure regular, timely check-ins to monitor their well-being and catch potential health issues early.

2. Comprehensive Welfare Check: Each welfare check is conducted by a licensed paramedic who will perform the following tasks:

  • In-person assessment of the patient’s mental and emotional well-being through face-to-face interaction.
  • Vital sign monitoring, such as blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels, and temperature.
  • Environmental safety checks, including an evaluation of the living conditions (e.g., fall risks, cleanliness, accessibility).
  • Basic health evaluations to detect changes in health or any signs of deterioration.
  • Reporting and communication back to the referring primary care provider or family member about any concerning findings or changes in the patient’s condition.

3. No Transport Involved: This service is non-emergent and does not involve transport unless it is determined that further medical attention is needed. If an issue is identified that requires transport, our paramedics will coordinate the next steps with the appropriate emergency services to ensure proper care.

4. Continuous Communication: As part of the Welfare Check Program, we maintain close communication with the referring primary care provider to ensure that the patient’s needs are being addressed and any concerns are promptly relayed. This creates a seamless integration into the patient’s overall healthcare plan.

Billing and Provider Partnership:

The Welfare Check Program is available through a partnership with primary care providers, and the service is billed via the provider's office on a monthly basis. This allows for easy integration into the patient’s existing healthcare plan, ensuring that wellness checks are consistent and integrated into their care routine.
