Ambulatory transportation is intended for riders who can safely travel without ambulance-level clinical care and who need dependable non-emergency transportation to appointments, facilities, or other approved destinations.
If a rider needs emergency care, continuous medical monitoring, stretcher transport, or another level of clinical transport not offered by Guardian EMS, this service is not appropriate.

Every leg has its own base charge and applicable mileage. Additional stops can be built directly into the trip.

Yes. One additional rider is included at no additional charge. Two riders total is the maximum.
The first 15 minutes of total trip wait time are included. Additional wait time is $0.75 per minute.

We understand plans change. Cancellations received less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time are billed the applicable base rate.
