Cancellation & no-show policy

Changes happen. Communication matters.

Cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time whenever possible. Cancellations received less than 2 hours before pickup are billed the applicable base rate.

No-shows, extended waiting, additional stops, or material trip changes may result in additional charges when applicable. Dispatch can explain how a change affects your specific request.

No. It provides an estimate and allows eligible ambulatory customers to submit a request. Dispatch must review and confirm availability.

Verify both addresses and use “Calculate road mileage” to estimate driving distance. Final billing can change if the actual route, stops, or mileage differ.

Online requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the requested transport time. For a transportation need inside 24 hours, call Dispatch to ask about availability.

It is for patients who can walk, do not need lifting or a wheelchair/stretcher, are awake and aware of what is happening, and do not need oxygen, monitoring, medication, or medical treatment during the ride.
